I was super excited to get the purple OPAWZ for my Great Pyrenees puppy. I wanted to dye his tail purple, we’ve had dog thefts in the area and dying your dogs fur could possibly deter someone from stealing your pet. I was excited to see the purple on him and didn’t double check the colour. I ordered purple and the tag says purple but I ended up with pink. When I dyed his tail I thought it looked very pink but thought the more I dyed it the more purple it would become. It is very vibrant tho and I’m impressed, I’m unsure if the seller did it or Amazon but kinda wished I got purple as pink isn’t quite my colour.The photos where the dog is pink are taken in bad lighting but the color shows clearly in person the photo where the dog is white is after the color came off it went away with no stains on her she is completely white again it lasted a long time too she took 5 washes until the dye came off completely and mind you I wash her 1 time a weekUpdate:The seller contacted me after this review and I'm not sure it was by their doing or Amazon finally figured it out, but the blue dye arrived. I was happy with the sellers communication and I'm glad Amazon fixed the problem. It wasn't the sellers fault, so a negative review wasn't really warranted.The product is great, my wife loves it... however she has ordered it twice and they keep sending the green instead of the blue. Upon further investigation it appears that they have the wrong SKU on the wrong color bottle. Until they fix this you will ALWAYS receive Green when you order Blue... my wife was sad because she wanted to use the Blue for 4th of July and didn't get through chance.Well, it made my dog purple. But if you have a dog washing spot made out of tile, the dye will get in the grout, not a tough fix just use some clorox and bleach mixture and it breaks up the dye and fixes up the mess. PS: Let it sit for 10 mins.I wish it would have stayed as dark as it goes on. I put designs on my dogs fur and it’s barely noticeable and he is pure white.This is after just one wash. He’s turned into walking cotton candy and I love it haha!This does absorbe well. I am a fan of the Opawz line of products, but this one is a miss. My pup looked oddly gray afterwards. It does wash off quickly though. There other dyes work so much better and leave a bright vibrant color.This stuff doesn’t work. I kept it on for the 30 minutes like the bottle said and it rinsed right out. Not to mention it stained my hands, clothes, my wall, and my floors. The only thing it didn’t “stain” was the dog. Mind you I have a light colored golden retriever so there’s truly no excuse as to why it couldn’t have died his hair. Don’t bother buying this it’s a waste of money.
