Works pretty good. Got rid of the flakes by week's end. Only use it twice a week. I've dealt with dandruff on and off for a couple of years all the other over the counter stuff worked for a day or two and it's back to the usual. My problem mainly stems from hard water in my area. Have to used filter shower heads to minimize fluoride content. The really helped!I've used a lot of brands to try to get rid of my itch and this one worked good, I shower everyday, but use dandruff shampoo 2-3 days a week. When I start using a new brand it helps for one whole day before I start itching, this brand would keep me from itching for up to 2 days.
