I love that it's sulfate-free but like most purple shampoos it dries your hair out. So, I recommend using a really good Moisturizing Conditioner along with it. A conditioner with keratin in it is a plus.This purple shampoo helps keep the "salt" of my salt and pepper hair a nice silver instead of a dull yellow. I get compliments on the nice silver tone of my grey hair and I think this shampoo is the key.If you use more than once a week it will turn your hair slightly blue/greenI have dark hair that is highlighted and this purple shampoo is amazing. I have tried many and nothing has kept the copper color out of my highlighted hair as well as this has. I usually wash my hair every other day but I only have to use this once a week or as needed.I have absolutely loved this product in the past.
